CONNECT Events

CONNECT Consortium hosted the inaugural Stroke Transitions of Care and Post-Stroke Care Conference on the UTHealth Houston Campus. Speakers and panelists included experts in this field and leadership from national research institutions such as the American Heart Association and the  National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke. Over 140 attendees included members of all disciplines of stroke care including physicians, nurses, advance practice providers, therapists, researchers, caregivers and stroke survivors.
